Terms and Conditions of DL SPORTS LTD.

By booking with DL Sports Ltd., all parents/carers must agree to the following:

  1. Booking Confirmation

    Your booking will not be confirmed until full payment has been received.

  2. Cancellation and Refunds

    Refunds will be issued if a camp is cancelled due to not reaching the minimum number of participants.

  3. Liability

    DL Sports Ltd. and its staff are not liable for any loss, injury, or accident that occurs during the session.

  4. Behaviour Policy

    DL Sports Ltd. reserves the right to remove any participant from the programme, without refund, if they engage in bullying, disruptive behaviour, or misbehaviour.

  5. Medical Information

    You must declare any medical conditions during registration and notify us of any updates by emailing DLSportscamps@outlook.com

  6. Health and Illness Policy

    Please do not bring your child to the camps if they have been unwell within the last 48 hours.

  7. Missed Sessions

    Refunds will not be provided for sessions missed due to personal circumstances.

  8. Nut Allergies and Food Policy

    DL Sports Ltd.  is a nut-free environment. Please ensure that your child does not bring any food containing nuts to sessions. We cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions caused by food brought from home.

  9. Late Arrival and Early Pick-up

    Please notify DL Sports Ltd. in advance if your child will be arriving late or leaving early. A late pickup fee may apply if your child is picked up later than the designated time.

  10. Clothing and Equipment

    Children should wear comfortable sports clothing, appropriate footwear, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. DL Sports Ltd. is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

  11. Supervision and Safety

    All staff members are DBS checked, first aid and child protection trained.

    All activities are supervised by qualified staff members to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. First aid will be administered as needed, and in the event of a medical emergency, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately.
